Good product, minor shipping snag
I purchased a Boho Teepee for my son. The teepee itself is quite nice, the canvas is thick and the design is exactly as pictured. Setup was relatively easy, though one of the pole connectors felt a tiny bit loose compared to the others. It didn't affect stability, just a minor observation. Delivery took 7 days to get to me on the East Coast, which was a bit longer than I hoped, especially since the tracking didn't update for a couple of days in the middle. The packaging was good, everything arrived undamaged. The value for the quality seems fair, but maybe they could streamline the shipping updates.

Great teepee, slow support
I ordered the Linen Play Tent for my daughter's birthday. The ordering process was straightforward on their website, no hiccups there. It took about 6 business days for the package to arrive in California, which was within their estimated timeframe. The tent itself is lovely, very high quality fabric and the wooden poles felt sturdy. Assembly was a breeze, surprisingly, even for one person. However, I had a question about cleaning the fabric and sent an email to support. It took almost 48 hours to get a response, which felt a bit long. The answer was helpful once it came, but quicker communication would be an improvement. Overall, satisfied with the product quality and how it looks in her room.
